I got news of Goss tonight. Judy said they no sooner pulled up and the house door flung open and Mary was there calling to her new girl. Goss who I described as almost invisible and undemanding in the kennel, pranced right into her new home and was crowned queen Babe. It was clear to all involved that Mary and Goss had a mutual need and understanding immediately. HURRAY for Goss/Babe!!! Good job Julie for taking the lead on this one and congrats on your first placement. We all hope it will be the first of many...may they all be as magic as this one! Thanks again to Carol and Judy for transport.
Cody also went home today. He moved from Great Falls where he was fostered with Whitney to his new home in Billings. We will bug Trish for a update and pictures.
When I saw that hug Babe was getting from her new Momma over on the main website, my eyes welled up with tears... how happy I am for them both!
ReplyDeleteBeen in touch with Mary and Babe. Both are doing great. It's as though they have been together since puppyhood. Babe is most assuredly the Queen of the house. Mary is taking her to her vets, today, for a general check up and anything else she needs. We'll be going on playdates as the weather allows. Some of those dates we'll be including Whitney and her kids (when everyone can coordinate)Should be quite the play group. Be keeping you all informed.
